the staff were helpful! the location is superb. i found the room decent in size and very clean. it was nice that the engineer fixed our safe quickly when it wouldn't open.
the rooms felt a little small though the pictures made it look bigger.

the location was acceptable , being close to michigan avenue.
the room i booked was far too small , offering virtually no space to open my suitcase fully , let alone move around comfortably. the lack of a mini-fridge was inconvenient , and the absence of proper soundproofing meant street noise disrupted my sleep from early morning.

I found the location excellent. It is in the heart of the city. the staff were friendly, specifically handing out goodie bags to runners on marathon morning. the beds were very comfortable, and i appreciated using the gym.
The elevators were very small. Their max capacity is five guests. if you have luggage only two guests fit in. the hotel has sixteen floors, so expect waits for the elevators.

i loved that the location was very convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when i asked for recommendations.
The elevators were quite small and sometimes slow. I often had to wait a bit during peak hours.
